These services include programming, economic feasibility analysis, site selection, master planning, building design, construction documentation, specification, interior space planning and design, Architectural and Interior rendering, administration of the construction contract, architectural graphics and general consultation regarding the building industry. The disciplines of structural, plumbing, air, conditioning, lighting design and electrical design are preformed either by the principles or by engineering consultants selected in their respective fields.

In house computer facilities are maintained for Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD), structural computations, air conditioning load calculations, lighting design (both interior and exterior) and to assist in the fields of solar energy design, energy conservation, energy management studies, basic project economic analysis, production time management, office accounting and payroll computations.
