The firm of WINNINGHAM, BUNDY & TICE ARCHITECTS, P.A. was established in 1983 by combining the individual practices of John H. Winningham, A.I.A., Architect and Boyd H. Bundy, Architect to bring new approaches in architectural design, planning and engineering to bear on the vital task of improving the quality of our environment. In early 1993 Mr. John E. Tice was admitted to the firm to further enhance the design capabilities and insure the clientele the benefits of a diverse firm. The firm has undertaken the design, engineering and construction administration of a wide variety of architectural projects in the Eastern United States.
The firm's highly diversified and specialized work has included large and small scale architectural projects that range from commercial, industrial, institutional and educational buildings, to residential and recreational facilities.
Clients are assured access to the full resources of the firm at all times. Each new commission is regarded as an individual concept requiring adaptation to the special characteristics and requirements of each. From this approach has come many successfully completed projects which have been constructed within the time and budget requirements provided.
The firm provides comprehensive architectural services in the commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential markets. These services include programming, economic feasibility analysis, site selection, master planning, building design, construction documentation, specification, interior space planning and design, Architectural and Interior rendering, administration of the construction contract, architectural graphics and general consultation concerning the building industry.
Philosophically, the firm provides its clients with the closest personal attention to insure completed facilities constructed within the budget. We strive for aesthetically pleasing and functionally operative assets to the client and community.
